Be a part of the St. Mary of the Woods Community! We are looking for a Part-Time/Casual Dietary Assistants to work in our 5-star healthcare facility serving seniors in our skillled nursing community.The Dietary Assistant is responsible for assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and sanitary conditions within the kitchen and dining room area.

Schedules available include working some weekday and weekend shifts per month, and working a mimimum of two holidays per year (one winter/one summer):

4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Casual)

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of previous food service experience in a long-term care facility.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees.  Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening. Must have the ability to read English, follow oral and written direction. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job.
