Dietetic Assistant
Process diet orders and make appropriate menu changes and tray line orders. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality food service. Perform food preparation duties, such as cutting fruits and making salads. Set up Tray line by completing a tally of food and drink items needed for the patient. Work on Tray line to complete the patient’s tray with accuracy and place tray into the cart. Daily and weekly cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, monitoring dish machine temperatures. Willing to work weekends and holidays. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Experience: High School graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in food service/dierary preferable.
