Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required Current Massachusetts Registered Dietician license required 2 years of clinical experience is preferred Expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably geriatric rehab care practices in a skilled nursing setting Possess knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal regulatory statutes and guidelines pertaining to healthcare in the skilled nursing setting Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption)

 

You will be able to work independently but also be able to be part of a team that truly makes an impact. The ideal candidate will conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions and recommendations, as well as assist the food service staff in development of nutrious and appealing menus that meet the dietary requirments and restricitons of admissions while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
