Dietitian - Nutrition Services 

Schedule: FTE: 0.01, M-F with rotating weekends, start/end times flexible but during the day, Day

The registered dietitian has a solid foundation of education, credentialing, evidence-based practice, demonstrated competence, and adheres to established professional standards. Responsible for providing comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to acute care patients while upholding Providence's mission and core values.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree  - Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field preferred. And,  Coursework/Training  - ACEND-accredited supervised practice program at a health-care facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies.  Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months of hire. Or,  Washington Dietitian Temporary Practice Permit within 6 months of hire. Or,  Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months of hire.  National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master's Degree  - Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field.  2 years  - Professional experience in clinical nutrition in an acute care setting.
