Technology Product Management Lead Analyst - C13

The Technology Product Management Lead Analyst is a strategic professional, who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional decisions within the HR Data Product Management Team. It requires in-depth understanding of Data Sets and Data Modeling. In addition, the Product Analyst will coordinate and contribute to the team’s Data Transformation and User Experience vision. This Analyst would be recognized as the technical solutions authority for an area within the business - requiring basic commercial awareness of HR systems. It will also develop communications, where diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, colleagues in other functions and occasional external customers. The role will provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the Applications or Tools they are leading.  

Responsibilities: 

Leads the documentation and prioritization for a platform product releaseUses or commissions research, studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problemsIdentifies innovations and leads “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer valueDefines and measures the KPIs for a platform productIs able to make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolioDevelops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow productLeverages tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform servicesDetermines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large productIdentifies best practices for continuous product development improvementUtilizes SQL and SAS programming to perform QA analysis against SAS data repositoryLeads special projects, as assignedDemonstrates in depth knowledge and experience in database management, programming, and report writing techniquesInfluences decisions through advice and counsel and applies professional judgment when making recommendationsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experience in in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based servicesExperience in affecting large culture changeExperience leading infrastructure programsExcellent written and oral communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
