Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and digital-savvy intern to join our Digital Hub team. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) involves supporting the management of our Sales and Marketing Hub, our asset repository, and assisting the Digital Acceleration team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and organizing our Sales Enablement platform, ensuring assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.Support global marketing teams in publishing materials on the tool.Ensure files are uploaded with correct permissions, tags, names, and adhere to brand guidelines.Create and maintain marketing Experiences and Pages on the platform to ensure an excellent user experience.Generate monthly reports on top-performing content globally to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to support various projects and tasks.Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.What We Offer:
