We are looking for a proactive Merchant Account Manager to join our team. You will manage portfolio of Merchant / Advertiser / Brand accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As the primary contact for your accounts, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure client success. If you are passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships. Strategic Guidance: Understand client needs and goals, providing actionable plans and solutions to grow traffic diversification, and monthly budget allocations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyse data, and provide clients with insights. Networking: Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions to build industry connections.
