Digital Account Manager

Major Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business and Digital delivery team (internal or external) to assess opportunities and define requirements for building high quality and modern digital user experiences (e.g. website features and functionality) that both meet business needs and solve customer problems. Collaborate with global productteam to developshared platforms and processes that accelerate digital adoption within the region. Collaborate with country resources to define and deploy digital solutions that support strategic initiatives. Initiatives include digital marketing efforts throughintegration within a partner’s onlineassets as well as pure direct-to-consumer approaches. Employ rapid, test-and-learn approachto launching and optimizing websites, mobile apps and other digital assets for consumer engagement, retention, purchase conversion, NWP, etc. Manage partner expectation in day-to-day task, including reports, presentation and other task related to account management Evaluate successful global capabilities and their potential as case studies for local adoption. Understand and comprehend local Chubb system to be able to deal with new tech implementation

Qualifications

At least 10 years of relevant experience in digital productand technology roles gained in strong customer-centric organizations. Experience in retail financial services is a plus. Track record of developing revenue-generating digital experiences, with an in-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to the successful optimization of digital performance. Experience driving innovation, leveraging emerging platforms and moving quickly to get new ideas and platforms to market. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills and a track record of working cross-functionally to build relationships with business units, IT, insurance product, and direct marketing teams. Experience working on international initiatives, ideally with some exposure to emerging markets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to flexibly manage multiple priorities. Action-oriented with a decisive style. Comfortable with new technologies that impact digital marketing and has provenhis/her ability to work effectively with IT and Digital delivery team. An individual with a strong work ethic who will flourishin a dynamic environment.
