Digital Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Partner Portfolio Management 

Ensure key Digital Partnerships: Have a growth plan in place, defining product roadmap, marketing campaigns, OKR/KPIs and other items as needed; and  Are closely monitored for performance. Develop trusted relationships with Digital Partners teams to drive partnership strategy, manage relationship and support the implementation of growth plans.  Serve as the key point of contact for all partner account management matters. Forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets.

2. Revenue Growth

Work together with Partner teams, Regional Digital Team, Product Line Managers, Data Analysts, Technology, Operations and Claims colleagues to drive revenue growth, with clear strategies for new products and existing proposition optimization.    Revenue and profitability from the partners you manage.

3. Knowledge sharing, upscaling the organization

Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships across the organization, being known as the “go-to” person for best practices across Digital Partnership Account Management and Growth.

4. Maximize revenue from partners they focus on, working cross-functionally with Partners and Chubb Regional and Local  counterparts.

5. Ensure all key partners have a growth plan in place, with clear targets and dashboards.

6. Partners portfolio management.

7. Develop a trustworthy, strong relationship with key partner teams – at all levels.

Requirements:

Minimum five years of experience in related filed or function. Proven sales and marketing skills and method. Strong leadership, business accumen, execution, influencing people and communication. Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior local, regional and internal management team. Fast learner to adapt with fast-paced growth and dynamic working environment. Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English. Strong MS PowerPoint experience. Analytical but also forward-looking, creative, innovative and digital savvy. Market research and data analysis.
