Overview Join our multicultural team as a Global Digital Media Brand Manager, managing the prestigious Nina Ricci and other lifestyle brands portfolio, which includes Fragrances, Makeup, and Fashion. Based in our Digital Hub in Barcelona, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital media strategy across 10 markets, including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will coordinate with a full-time multimedia team to lead and manage the client and internal performance team. Your role will be essential in managing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) efforts globally, working closely with a team of Social and SEM performance specialists to ensure smooth and successful executions. Your curiosity and proactive approach will help you understand our business challenges deeply and create effective media strategies that resonate with our consumers. Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day contact for the client team, fostering long-term relationships of trust and coordinating with relevant agency departments. Develop a comprehensive digital strategy for the product portfolio, optimizing the use of digital channels. Create and implement the DTC strategy and initiatives for Carolina Herrera, working directly with major partners like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and leveraging JBP relationships for maximum benefit. Establish and execute digital performance strategies and tactics that enhance engagement across the full funnel, prioritizing performance metrics. Implement strategies based on channel and product performance, overseeing the planning, execution, and KPI reporting. Forecast and track key customer metrics and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Utilize analytics to support data-driven marketing decisions, continuous optimization, and ROI improvement. Manage digital budgets for each market and campaign, updating the Brand Director and Digital Operations leads on significant changes during activations. Effectively control workload, coordinate and drive the team of specialists-executives as a team-transversal PoC, seeking support as needed to ensure project success. Support the Digital Operations Lead in managing digital projects, championing best-in-class digital practices across the marketing ecosystem. Manage, monitor, and update project timelines, setting realistic client expectations. Mentor, coach, and collaborate with junior team members and interns. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital planning/management role. Strong strategic thinking and tactical skills, with proficiency in media planning tools and resources. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level). Experience in multimedia digital campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing. Familiarity with Search Ads, key Social platforms (eg META, Tik ToK…), Google Analytics, and an understanding of performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.), along with solid understanding of performance drivers an metrics (ROI, ROAS, CR, AOV…) High-level planning skills to evaluate and organize large campaigns across various online channels, with an omnichannel approach.
