How will you make an impact in this role?

This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of Japan Digital Prospect Acquisition.
Japan Digital Acquisition is a top priority for the business growth and this individual will play a key role in driving that business forward.


*Key goals are to:

Share the responsibility to drive NAA and Rev-A growth aggressively and positive downstream behavior for new card members (activation, billed business, attrition) with managed ROI Provide best in class prospecting experience Establish new innovative acquisition initiatives to fuel future growth Collaborate with relevant parties; including local ICS & other LOBs, CoE & EDDS, and external agencies


*Responsibilities:

1.Overall Acquisition Management

Deliver on the acquisition strategy and related product and communication tactics/campaigns Proactively manage and optimize budget allocation towards key success metrics such as new accounts and billed business acquired, maximizing ROI Understand financial, accounting, campaign execution, parameter management, and customer inquiry handling Define the end to end entire process and ideal short/long term strategies for both senior management and field level point of view Ensure compliance with key legal and regulatory requirements

 

2.New Channel/Partnership Development and Implementation

Focus on unlock the untapped potential area - Develop partnership, Influencer marketing, and Prospect Nurturing initiative
Determine and implement scalable and cost-efficient acquisition strategy across digital channels, including Paid/Non paid Search, Affiliates, Partners, Display Media, SNS, Member get Member programs  and so on Analyze campaign results and acquisition performance to recommend and implement actions/solutions Work and liaise comfortable with key internal stakeholders (COE & EDDS, PLD, Brand, CA&C, Strategic Planning, F2F, Prospect Marketing, Risk, New Accounts, Legal/Compliance, Finance, GSG, GMS) Effectively manage external agencies to develop both effective campaign plans and creative

3.Lead Local/Central Projects under above knowledge/experience

Develop and implement a holistic winning strategy to drive new enrollment and card usage across all customer lifecycle Partner with channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints Collaborate closely with Local/Central stakeholder on leading several projects

*This position is very new and currently as an Individual Contributor, but will be highly likely become a People Leader in near future.


*Qualifications:

Digital marketing experience; At least 5+ years’ work experience specifically digital acquisition preferred Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English, including presenting to senior leadership deep and ability to stay ahead of a constantly changing digital marketplace A self-starter/motivator who owns their role, is solution focused, can multi-task and prioritize - work in a fast-paced environment Excellent relationship and influencing skills and proven ability of driving results within a matrixed organization Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts, e.g. ROI Results oriented and good project management - ability to drive projects/partners towards deadlines Must be detail-oriented, a creative thinker, a team player, organized and efficient Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior and interactive technologies Experience in a matrix environment, comfortable managing and influencing multiple stakeholders Experience developing a strategy from ideation to implementation Strong analytical skills and ability to sift through significant amounts of complex data, able to identify trends and convert into actionable insights Proven ability to forecast, plan, lead and manage innovative & effective marketing programs that generate results Significant or equivalent work experience in high-growth digital environment Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint Team management experience preferred
