Digital Advertising Operation SpecialistPurpose of the Role
The Advertising Operations Associate is responsible for the setup, creation, launch, and supporting of media campaigns for our Paid Search, Display Remarketing, Meta, and Social channels. The Advertising Operations Associate is responsible for the setup and campaign builds within the major search engines for paid search, the various ad exchanges, and third-party ad networks for display advertising, following documented processes to ensure a smooth and expedited campaign start. They will be responsible for the timely launch of accounts, performing campaign status checks, resolving issues, and other related activities for the company's entire book of accounts.
In this Role You'll:
Set up and traffic campaigns in various platforms including Google Marketing Platforms, Meta & Social, and automated reporting platforms.
Generate, implement, and resolve issues with all tracking tags (audience, conversion, 3rd party pixels) across all media channels.
Complete test bookings to ensure proper tag implementation.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tag implementation.
Focus on timely and high-quality campaign launches for clients, including correct linkage between all platforms, and Amadeus Intranet platforms, and following all quality guidelines for campaign management, including amendments post-launch (creative swaps, etc.).
Provide post-launch assistance regarding delivery.
Confirm that all assets are in compliance with site specifications and properly functioning.
Use effective practices while building campaigns in various platforms.
Remain up-to-date on technology and industry business through trade publications, newspapers, and websites, and assess the potential impact of industry events/trends on the business. Support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new media networks and partners.
Support other duties and projects as assigned.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge of the digital industry and basic understanding of digital KPIs.
Experience with Digital Media Platforms (including Google marketing platforms and Facebook) is a plus.
Knowledge and experience working with ad tags, basic HTML, and rich media is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, and other social advertising platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup and on a mid-shift schedule.
