Principal Responsibilities

Adopt branch customers to Internet Banking and Mobile App, and encourage their continuation use of digitalPromote digital banking services and products and encourage customers to migrate to digitalActively identify potential customers’ banking needs and recommend alternative solutions to customersEstablish and maintain trusted relationship with customersEnsure compliance of HSBC Bank policy, Global Standards and internal controlsMultiple branch locations available across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories職責於分行推廣並鼓勵客戶使用網上理財服務及產品發掘客戶潛在的理財需要及將客戶轉介給相關銀行業務的同事，滿足客戶不同的金融服務需要與客戶保持良好關係確保遵循滙豐或監管機構的標準與政策香港/九龍/新界多個分行地點可選
