Job Title: Digital Analyst II | UX Optimization
Job Location: Plano, TX
Job Salary: $75,000 - $88,000 + Benefits
Requirements: Digital Marketing, Google Cloud Platform, Google Analytics, SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, Big Query
Work Environment: Onsite Required; Hybrid-RemoteWhat You Will Be Doing+ Define and identify KPIs, mine multiple sources of data, deriving actionable insights, and translating complex analyses
+ Visualization, storytelling, and frequent reporting on insights about the customer friction points
+ Identify and implement statistical & analytic methods to support quantitative & qualitative findings/ recommendations
+ Create dashboard and other data visualization tools in order to convey complex data to be easily understood by stakeholdersWhat You Need for this Position- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, Business Admin, etc)
- Proficiency in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses utilizing best-practice analytics techniques
- In-depth knowledge of online process flows pertaining to sales and retention best practice standards.
- Microsoft Excel
- SAP Business Objects (preferred)
- Marketing data, preferably with user experience (UX)
