Role Introduction
Plan and coordinate activities of projects, digital platforms, PVTs and task forces to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and qualityElicit and consolidate business requirements by conducting workshops and focus groups to comprehend the underlying problems and needs. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and their perspectives are consideredCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate implementations and change requests on digital platforms, dashboards, and processesAssist in problem solving by conducting problem analysis, identifying options and their pros & cons, and providing recommendations. Anticipate and mitigate risksPrepare and develop report/analytics dashboards for reviewing KPI metrics and driving insight-driven decisions. Support data model design, data definitions to ensure proper integration of internal and external sourcesManage Data Quality by implementing quality metrics & regular monitoring, working on incidents to maintain accessibility and consistency of data as well as readiness of related analytics capabilitiesKeep abreast of the latest trends in the industry, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the domain of our business stakeholders and daily workAssist in ad hoc department projects and initiatives as requiredRequirements
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Analytics/Statistics, or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of working experience in the area of Digital or ITGood interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented with good planning and organizing skills. Project coordination skills and experience is a plusPossess good problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in analytics tools, such as Alteryx and Qlik SenseFluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Reports to: Digital Manager
This position will be responsible to:
Assist in digital transformation initiatives/projects (be it data/analytics, technology, or process) in relation to (1) our business stakeholders’ operation domain, and (2) corporate digital platforms, such as the eVoucher Management System (eVMS).Support the digital platform development and transformation across (1) and (2) above through requirements collection, internal and external stakeholder engagement and management, data integration, analytics development, etc.Support the end-to-end digital platform project and PVTs to deliver continuous improvement in systems and processes, and achieving business goals/objectives.Develop analytics dashboards and generate actionable quantitative insights to support the data & insight driven culture in decision making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate activities of projects, digital platforms, PVTs and task forces to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and qualityElicit and consolidate business requirements by conducting workshops and focus groups to comprehend the underlying problems and needs.
