About the Job 

The Digital Analytics Ecosystem Product Manager is responsible for leading and driving digital logging data and clickstream data across the entire customer bank. 

For digital logging data, this Product Manager is responsible for standing up the process of designing, developing, validating, maintaining, and documenting the collection, storage, and usage of internally generated digital logging data. In addition, this Product Manager will support a variety of teams by identifying digital logging data opportunities, transforming collected data into curated data sets that meet the needs of teams across the company, and maintaining the data sets. This Product Manager will ensure the digital logging data is well defined, transformed, tested, and documented. 

For the clickstream data, this Product Manager is responsible for spearheading the data egress of website and app data from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This Product Manager will determine, with input from cross-department teams, the clickstream data use cases which may result in different types of data egress options being required. This Product Manager will ensure the clickstream data is well defined, continuously fulfills the needs of teams across the company, maintains its integrity, and is thoroughly documented in a user-friendly fashion. 

Essential Job Functions 

Partner with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, fraud detection teams, product owners, and data scientists) to understand data requirements, maintain data quality, and ensure data is accessible and well-managed  

Determine and obtain alignment on an operating model with stakeholders 

Develop the digital logging data and clickstream data roadmap and align with stakeholders on prioritization 

Build and deliver functional specifications to the development teams for collecting and storing digital logging data 

Build and deliver data egress methods to the IT teams for extracting and storing clickstream data  

Participate in each phase of the digital logging data and clickstream data lifecycle to contribute technical expertise and to sustain consistency 

Create and maintain user-friendly data dictionary for each table and the fields within it for digital logging data and clickstream data 

Support team members and stakeholders leverage digital logging data or clickstream data for reporting, dashboarding, and investigating. 

Ensure adherence to best practices in data warehousing, ETL processes, and database development 

Leverage knowledge of KeyCorp and LOB strategy, business, and competition to anticipate needs and make recommendations 

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in digital data, data storage, and digital analytics 

 

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field and 6 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred. 

Advanced proficiency with: 

Database management, performance tuning, automation  

Digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Fullstory 

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

Data visualization 
 

Understanding of: 

Data governance and data management best practices 

Digital product management and development 

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) techniques 

Manage data warehouses or data lakes 

Data modeling 

Data engineering 

SQL 

Source systems, such as React 

Process flow and automation 

Ability to: 

Navigate and explain how and when to utilize digital analytics data and digital logging data 

Prioritization of varying demand from various stakeholders
