In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Design and develop digital analytics data collection requirements, analyze data for data quality issues, conduct cross-partner QA both pre- and post-launch, ensuring accurate data flows into Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Create a robust data architecture that maps business requirements to specific variables (eVars, props, and events) Conduct collaborator interviews to identify data and analytics needs for the organization Manage analytics technology roadmap detailing planned updates and enhancements, ensuring it is aligned with business needs and enterprise projects Work with the business and other key collaborators in understanding the requirements and translation to the technology components being developed. Gather and document business requirements Act as liaison between the Business and IT Manage analytics technology requests ensuring work is completed within a reasonable timeframe and to a high degree of quality. Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target products; good understanding of how to create reports, implement data collection through Adobe Tags, and to test and debug tags manually and/or by using debugging tools such as Observepoint or Omnibug. Conduct “forensic” analysis, including data accuracy reviews and collaboration with multi-functional teams, to quickly identify and resolve data-quality issues. Stay ahead of with issues and trends in online marketing, with an emphasis on analytics especially for privacy compliance and mobile as well as emerging technologies. Comfortably interact with different levels of management and lead multi-functional, cross-regional teams. Effectively work with business leaders in Marketing, Digital Business, and Analytics to drive for results. Provide oversight, coaching, and mentoring for an internal implementation team and 3rd party vendor partners. Work with minimal oversight; results and relationships are monitored through periodic reviews. Perform quality review checks on project results and drives day-to-day prioritization of work. Recommend data governance models, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, Business, or other relevant fields 2 or more years of digital analytics or technology experience providing leadership in the digital analytics domain and related technology Must have hands-on experience in designing and handling the data collection for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tags Deep technical Adobe Suite expertise, specifically the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tags) Expert in the solution design, architecture, implementation, and QA process, including tagging requirements, tag management across partners (website, digital media, CRM, or other), Adobe Tags implementation, partnership with development teams to identify and resolve technical errors that inhibit appropriate data capture Significant experience and understanding of digital analytics, marketing, tagging, A/B testing and personalization strategies and technologiesPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Demonstrable experience in technical implementation of Adobe Tags, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target platforms and programs. ACE certification strongly preferred.Our Offer To You:
