This role will support optimizing eCommerce reporting, and working with the digital team on website enhancement projects. **A day in the life of a Digital and e-Business Intern** As a Digital and e-Business Intern, you will be working with the Digital & eBusiness team on a variety of projects across eCommerce and digital channels, including Direct To Consumer eCommerce websites, eB2B, and CRM Programs. You will also: + Assess gaps on reporting and work with business analysts to improve quality of reporting + Work with the digital team to implement new digital engagement functionalities + Collaborate with key external agencies to optimize digital consumer journeys + Play a key role in working cross-functionally with stakeholders both internally and externally to Nestlé ensuring the successful implementation of digital projects **What will make you successful?** As the successful candidate, you will possess a strong passion, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset, and thrive in a highly energetic and collaborative environment. Additionally, you should already possess exceptional project management and analytical skills, along with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach. **You will also be:** + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Marketing, Digital or eCommerce, or Marketing Communications. + Involved in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership and initiative. + Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills. + Skilled in building relationships with diverse internal partners and collaborating on multiple projects. + Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. + Passionate about technology, digital channels (eCommerce, brand websites, social media, email marketing with a can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.
