Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to support our life sciences marketing team. This role involves managing the upload and organization of marketing assets in various platforms including OpenText Media Manager (OTMM) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You'll ensure marketing materials are accurately categorized, tagged, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will excel in workflow optimization and have a strong grasp of digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management: Manage the upload and organization of marketing assets in OTMM and AEM; ensure high-quality control and accurate categorization.Workflow Optimization: Improve processes for asset and metadata management; address inefficiencies to streamline operations.Metadata and Taxonomy: Apply and maintain metadata standards for consistent classification and easy retrieval.Collaboration and Communication: Work with marketing, creative, and IT teams; provide training on asset management standard processes.Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve issues with asset uploads, system access, and metadata; be the primary contact for OTMM and AEM technical issues.Reporting and Analysis: Build and analyze reports on asset usage and system performance; use insights to enhance asset management and support marketing goals.Flexible to overlap during PST hours per business needs.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years in enterprise digital asset management; solid understanding of asset workflows and metadata management.

Skills and Proficiencies

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Process-driven with a curiosity about improving workflows.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
