Digital Audit & Marketing Strategy Intern

Job Scope: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic intern to conduct a comprehensive audit of our digital presence across all platforms, including our website, social media, and retailer.com listings. This role will focus on identifying gaps and developing a phased plan to enhance our digital footprint. The initial engagement is for three months, with the potential for an extension based on project needs and outcomes.

Responsibilities and Opportunities:

Digital Audit & Gap Analysis:Conduct a thorough review of all digital properties, corporate and product websites, and retailer.com listings.Identify gaps and inconsistencies in content, branding, and user experience including examples of best in class experiences outside of Liberty.Develop a phased approach to address these gaps and optimize our digital presence.Strategic Landscape Mapping:Assess the current state of our website presence.Benchmark against industry best practices and key competitors.Define where we need to be and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with key stakeholders, including marketing, e-commerce, and product teams, to align digital strategies with business objectives.Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams.Retailer.com & Customer Engagement:Support content optimization for retailer.com listings.Assist in improving ratings and reviews strategy to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation.

Requirements and Key Competencies:

Currently enrolled in a degree program that pertains to the digital marketing, social media auditing or any related field of study at an accredited institution, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess and map digital landscapes.Ability to manage projects within a structured timeline and deliver actionable recommendations.Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $15 - 20 per hour
