Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues. Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issuesResolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problemsDescribe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issuesLear and apply Procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emailsAnswer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate responseAbout Axos
