Our client who is a leader in the beauty industry is seeking a Digital Beauty Advisor to join their team and serve as the bridge between the brand and digital audience.Responsibilities:Social Engagement Act as a Digital Beauty Advisor by engaging with fans and followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Provide timely, customized responses to consumers, ensuring 100% reply rates and meeting established response time goals. Support public channels (social media, R&R, Q&A) with insights, strategy recommendations, and direct engagement. Recognize opportunities to influence consumer purchasing decisions and offer tailored recommendations. Identify and alert internal teams to critical customer complaints and assist with resolving issues. Content & Insights Participate in brand and Care training sessions to stay informed about product launches, social strategies, and FAQs. Share consumer feedback, emerging trends, and engagement recommendations to inform strategy, content, and product development. Stay current with new social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Customer Experience Deliver exceptional consumer satisfaction, maintaining sentiment scores and KPI goals. Identify opportunities to improve policies or processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Document product issues and ensure all interactions are accurately entered into CRM systems for data integrity. Maintain 100% Reply Rate and established Response Time goals across social channels. Maintain consumer satisfaction and sentiment scores as established by the group. Monitor personal social KPI's using Sprinklr. Offers schedule flexibility to support the needs of the business which included weekends. Meets established quality standards in all contacts across all channels. Responsible for recognizing opportunities for improvement in our policies or processes and leading the initiative to reduce disruptions in service or detract from customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 1-2 years' experience in social media engagement or customer service. strong knowledge of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Exceptional writing and problem-solving skills with an ability to compose clear, engaging, and personalized responses. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, independently and collaboratively. High level of organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Flexibility to work weekends and outside of standard hours as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with social media tools like Sprinklr. Interest in identifying emerging trends in social media and consumer behavior. Experience reporting insights to internal teams to drive product or content strategy improvements.
