Is this role right for you?

Digital / BIM Consultant (MEP – East Asia BIM Team)

Degree in Building Services discipline or equivalent CIC Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) or equivalent international qualifications is essential, CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) will be an advantage. At least 5 years’ design experience working on projects within the Building Services discipline. At least 3 years’ BIM experience working on projects utilising BIM workflows for design, design review, coordination and drawing generation. At least 3 years’ experience utilising BIM Software to deliver projects, including but not limited to Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Ability to train and coach Revit modellers in the Building Services Discipline. Capable of working independently but also be able to liaise and workshop with other teams to ensure quality project outcomes. Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside.Revit will be an advantage Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position Assistant Digital / BIM Consultant.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position Senior Digital / BIM Consultant.
