About the Role

The Digital Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems. They work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the organization.


Your Team

This position reports into the Director, Lifestyle SD Applications. This role needs to interact and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.

What You Will Do

Analyze business requirements and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals and objectivesDocument business requirements and functional specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data modelsWork with business and Digital to translate business requirements into functional specifications for T system design, including software applications, databases, and interfacesWork closely with Digital development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budgetCoordinate user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet functional requirements and are free of defectsWork with business team to develop and deliver user training and support for system changes, including user manuals and documentationMaintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and IT systems

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably in a large organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategicallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and toolsProficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and management tools, such as JIRA or SharePointFamiliarity with software development methodologiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What is Nice to Have

Experience with various current/future technologies including SAP, Salesforce, among other SaaS/PaaS Solutions.

Be willing to travel up to 10% domestic and international travelBe willing to work in an office and/or hybrid remote, with occasional trips into the office required (this could be on 24-hour notice)Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Salary Ranges:

$ 82,500 - $ 121,000
