The Digital Business Analyst works closely with the Agile delivery team and stakeholders to execute digital initiatives enabling business imperatives. Responsible for small projects, with moderate complexity, of less value to the organization. This role will have primary responsibility for creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases. You will be responsible for creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacting and accepting criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners.

What You Will Do:

Document the product vision and convey it to the team.Create user stories and communicate backlog priorities.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical challenges and develop new solutions.Maximize the product's value and the Development Team's output.Serve as the Product Owner for complex, high-value projects.Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.Make key decisions on product features,and assist in breaking down epics and features into achievable user stories, and implement the changes.Communicate the vision and goals at the start of each sprint; communicate team status updates externally.Engage with stakeholders on release dates and content.Promote and strengthen the agile community within the organization.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related1+ years’ managing technical requirements; 1+ years of experience with the Agile methodologyBusiness Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Top Candidates will also have:

Agile certificationsExperience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Mingle, VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, RallyExperience working with onshore/offshore team modelKnowledge and demonstrated experience employing Systems Development Life Cycle
