In this changing environment, we are looking to incorporate a Digital Business Partner to support in the digital area. Integrated in the Commercial Innovation & Acceleration department, the Digital Business Partner will be responsible for creating, developing and leading the digital strategy according to the strategic plan of the area. In this role, you will... Digital strategy development: Understand the market and the brand strategy, working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance. Innovation, emerging technologies, and trends: Stay abreast of digital & industry trends, emerging technologies, platforms, partner ecosystem and customer experience developments to seamlessly integrate, recommend or assess their relevance and translating into actionable strategic recommendations. Base decisions on data-driven insights: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals to evaluate the success of digital initiatives. Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies within the Brand performance including industry benchmarking. Digital orchestrator and transformation lead: Coordinate on/off initiatives ensuring the best customer experience and explore synergies among GSK business units to drive a cohesive digital strategy and new opportunities. Acts as primary stakeholder for new digital products, functionalities and channels managing their implementation and execution in collaboration with global teams. Digital Capability Enhancement: Contributes to the improvement of digital capabilities and digital mindset across the company. Digital Business Solutions: identifying, exploring, and pursuing effective resolutions to challenges or business opportunities. Proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and address challenges. Why you? Basic Requirements: Education in Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration and Management, Advertising or Degree in Sciences. Digital Business Master or related is appreciated. Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge and understanding of marketing through digital disciplines: SEO, digital media advertising (search, social and specialized), content marketing, social listening, email marketing, websites. Experience in design and implementation of digital strategy and digital marketing campaigns with omnichannel approach. Innovative and influential skills willing to drive the digital transformation in the area. High level of English. Both written and spoken. Preferred Requirements: Experience in pharmaceutical Industry will be valued Preferable Knowledge in different tools and digital enablers such as Brandwatch, Semrush, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Ad Managers, Adobe Analytics or similar. Understanding of Agile processes and mindsets. Key skills Excellent project management skills including planning and prioritization. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines on multiple items. Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate to make progress. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
