We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland.
Our Digital Buying Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Poland, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.
This role is based in our Warsaw HQ.
As Digital Buying Specialist, you will:
Be responsible for handling all main biddable media campaigns for Social, Video, YouTube Display, and eCommerce activities, ensuring end-to-end campaign management: from platform set-up to KPI tracking, including optimization.Lead digital media execution across a variety of programmatic and social advertising platforms.Analyze large data sets across various platforms to deliver actionable insights to media partners and business managers.Ensure quality in Digital campaigns’ executions (brand awareness and performance), lead end to end process & achieve briefed objectives.Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' performance. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.Bring innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly detailing digital industry trends.Constantly look for efficiencies and ensure harmonies between digital vehicles.Work together with multifunctional team of Marketing Technologists, Digital Strategist, Planning Managers, and marketing teams.Job Qualifications
You are right fit if you:
Have experience with digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting, in any of the following Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Programmatic Display (DV360/TradeDesk/AdForm).Have Knowledge of software, equipment, and tools such as: Microsoft Office Package, Digital Platforms such as DSPs and DMPs management, digital media planning platforms management (such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager or TikTok Ads), serving and tracking technologies (such as Flash Talking or Moat) and market digital platforms (such as GfK).Have previous experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies (not a must).Know how to analyze data, identify data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.Are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, analytical.Can communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus.Possess minimum BA degree.Experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) will be an asset.Why Choose P&G for Your Career Journey:
