Are you passionate about product information management and eager to lead and innovate?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Channel & Product Data Tech Leader to join our team in Milan (HQ) to manage and optimize digital touchpoints for customers, ensuring seamless integration with digital catalogs, customer portals, and business analytics tools.

In this role you will:

Oversee and continuously improve the digital ecosystem.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer journey and product catalog management.

Align digital channel strategy with business objectives, collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

Govern product information management (PIM) systems to ensure data integrity and quality.

Define and manage data governance frameworks for digital catalogs.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for product data syndication and integration.

Ensure seamless integration between PIM, B2B platforms, CRM, ERP, and other business systems.

Provide technical leadership in managing APIs, data flow, and system connectivity.

Support the development, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.

Use analytics tools to assess user behavior and implement improvements.

Optimize site performance, SEO strategies, and mobile responsiveness.

Oversee A/B testing and personalization strategies.

Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Provide governance and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Manage vendor relationships for third-party solutions.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms and digital product catalogs

Strong understanding of product information management (PIM) systems and best practices (Preferred InRiver PIM)

Technical proficiency in eCommerce tools, APIs, and integrations with CRM and ERP systems (Preferred Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP)

Experience in SEO, digital marketing analytics, and conversion optimization

Strong communication & interpersonal skills 

Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
