Site Name: Warsaw, Poznan Pastelowa Posted Date: Jan 14 2025 Digital Channels Executive As a Digital Channel Executive within the Global Digital Channels team at GSK, your main purpose is to provide operational and technical support for GSK's digital communications channels, both internally and externally. This includes ensuring that these channels meet user expectations and deliver a consistent user experience, while minimizing downtime and ensuring operational excellence. Your role will involve working with a dynamic team to maximize the user experience and support our Global Communications team to meet our company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support channel strategies, day to day use, and functional maintenance of GSK digital channels (including tickets management, support requests etc.). Assist in the implementation of channel roadmaps and ensure operational excellence. Create and deliver training materials to support and upskill employees, enhancing the user experience. Manage metrics gathering and reporting, producing high-quality reports for the business. Support the development and implementation of channel governance processes, including access management, new channel launches, and sunsetting old channels. Promote digital content best practices and provide subject matter expertise to translate technical details into user-focused content and training materials. Collaborate with Internal Channel Leads to develop content highlighting the benefits and advantages of each platform. Support the maintenance and further development of Nucleus (the Intranet), Internal Global Newsletter, Workvivo, GSK.com, Social media, GSK News (News system powered by First up) m), and Appspace (Digital signage). Contribute to the overall success of GSK's digital initiatives and alignment with company objectives. Required Qualifications: Creative, talented with experience in writing/editing/optimising existing and new web content Experience with using content management systems e.g. CMS: Akumina, Crownpeak, Umbraco and Microsoft SharePoint Understanding of web technologies Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), best practices and application Social media management experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, Workplace from Meta) Positive can-do attitude, who always keeps the employee at the heart of everything we do Experience in creative documenting/revising processes and procedures Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain successful client and stakeholder relationships Experience of working in an environment with high volumes of technical change A solid understanding of communication best practice An analytical approach with experience in producing and analysing metrics and reports Creative, engaging personality that helps people come together Why GSK?
