Digital Channels Operations eCommerce Specialist

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive eCommerce sales for adidas Hong Kong through official sites & 3rd party platforms eCommerce daily operation support Handle regular reporting and assist on various digital / eCommerce projects

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operation tasks concerning digital platforms (.com, marketplace, APP, O2O) operation Product data master preparation and setup Coordinate asset, content preparation for platforms based on internal stakeholder plan and requirement Support promotion and campaign setup & performance tracking  Monitor content / campaign launch and trouble shoot issues on content management systems Develop and deliver regular operation and business reports Assist on operations/merchants analytics and planning Support various digital campaigns with both internal & external stakeholders  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1 years or above experience in e-commerce platforms and operation Excellent knowledge of eCommerce and digital content management system Strong digital mindset with fashion / product knowledge Exceptional analytics and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to independently handle ad hoc business requirements Passion for sports

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

•     University degree in Business / eCommerce / Marketing or relevant disciplines 

•     Min. 1 year relevant working experience in retail / e-commerce industry preferred

•     Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

•     Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 

•     Hands on experience of digital operation process & reporting
