Digital Commerce National Account Executive (Contract until Jan 2026)

The right candidate will be visionary, collaborative and have a passion for the digital/ecommerce agenda. As this role is about shaping future growth, you’ll need to be comfortable to work through ambiguity via an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrating creativity. *Note this is a Fixed term contract from March 2025 to January 2026. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support new channel expansion plans across pureplay online retailers by becoming a trusted advisor and creating deep customer relationships Achieve annual agreed commercial targets, including Net Revenue, Share, NR/Kg, and maximising Trade Investments Develop and deliver activations, demand generation initiatives, commercial agreements, and other agreed priorities to unlock incremental sales growth Lead digital initiatives across customer platforms including executing perfect digital shelf and managing an optimised media plan that drives ROI and conversion Develop scorecards & insights summaries - provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight-driven actions Collaborate with cross-functional business partners across Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Insights to achieve channel objectives Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental commercial growth, being agile and innovative so that PepsiCo is ahead of the curve Be an internal advocate and lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups. Qualifications About you: Degree qualified, with proven understanding and experience within ecommerce or digital marketing Experience executing perfect digital shelf across various platforms, developing and executing online specific activations, and executing conversion-based tactics Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally Results driven with ‘can do’ attitude, tenacity and curiosity in this role is key Can succeed in ambiguity – Highly adaptable in unstructured environments and comfortable to work through this with an entrepreneurial and creative/visionary mindset For you: We offer a competitive benefits package Access generous leave options (e.g. wellness, birthday, volunteer, purchase additional leave/cash out leave) We understand that bringing the best version of yourself to work means looking after yourself holistically.
