Digital Communications Manager

Stand Together Communications is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to lead the planning, oversight, and execution of digital strategies and campaigns that advance Stand Together’s priority initiatives and   You will be responsible for driving collaboration with internal and external partners to develop creative, innovative, and effective ways to educate, persuade, engage, and activate audiences to advance long-term priorities and capture immediate opportunities to support CVA’s work in foreign policy and veteran advocacy.  
Your Responsibilities IncludeManage Concerned Veterans for America’s social media accounts, drafting copy, creating social first graphic content, managing digital communities, and more. Drive the development and execution of fully integrated digital communications campaigns that support the Stand Together community’s priority initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to ensure that goals are properly identified, digital plans are fully integrated with comprehensive communications strategies, and ongoing performance is measured and reported. Ensure that plans leverage our internal capabilities and account for long-term needs to build and maintain audience reach through websites, social media, and email marketing.Identify creative, out-of-the box ways to engage on issues and to capture opportunities that align with priorities and goals. Increase the awareness and exposure of critical branded priority initiatives through organic promotion on social media and other digital platforms. Develop regular reports to track key metrics across digital platforms and communicate performance to key stakeholders. Establish and maintain workflow processes and structure to maintain effective execution on multiple issue areas. Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization4+ years of experience in a digital communications or marketing role Strong familiarity with social media trends, strategy, and best practices Experience with social media platforms and digital content management systems  Ability to work on multiple priorities and maintain stakeholder relationships concurrently A passion for policy issues Out-of-the-box mindset to propose innovative and experiential digital strategies Strong critical thinking skills and creative mindset to develop effective engagement tactics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with graphic creation, social media video creation, or podcasting Attention to detail and project management skills Standout Candidates May Also Bring 3+ years of experience creating digital strategy Digital marketing agency experience Experience in political or public policy organizations Understanding or experience with the foreign policy, the military, or veteran communities What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of AmericansA vision-driven organization of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of othersCompetitive salaries and bonuses.
