Job Details

Working with the Head of Digital Compliance this role is responsible for ensuring that the creation and delivery of all commercially supporting solutions used internally is performed in a compliant manner. The role will help oversee  existing teams  ensuring that work completed, and solutions created are in line with industry and legal compliance requirements.  The role will also guide and advise  for technology teams, providing guidance  where required.

Responsibilities

Working with all technology teams by reviewing work carried out when necessary to identify compliance issues and improvements by providing advice or training.

Evaluate our validation procedures to ensure they are efficient across the product base identifying where improvements can be made.

Ensure our validation process and approaches are ensuring both quality and speed to value to the business while maintaining compliance.

Working with technology teams ensure the upkeep of documentation and evidence as required by standard operating procedures are being carried out.

Representing the department processes and created/adopted solutions in external client audits.

Risk assessing solutions being adopted for use internally and advising on best approach to ensure compliant system adoption.

Approving Validation Plans for internally developed software, accountable for ensuring that a robust risk assessment and mitigation strategy has been implemented.

Required Skills & Experience

*This excludes core Enterprise IT systems (workplace, ERP, CRM, Finance, HR etc.

Understanding of the regulatory environment (GxP).

Strong analytical skills

Experience of the software development process, including computer system validation.

Ability to write clear, concise documentation, both customer facing and technical.

Ability to define and document testing strategies.

Clear communicator – ability to explain to a non technical audience.

Flexible in response to changing business priorities.

We are open for hybrid and remote work model.

Please note there will be infrequent travels required to our office in Lublin.
