We are seeking a **Digital Connection Analyst** to support our digital products (including four commerce sites and four information sites) to improve the connectivity between customer systems and Hill’s systems. You will work with Hill’s Digital Transformation team, Customer Experience Engagement Center (CXEC), and Vet Corporate Accounts teams to identify opportunities to automate manual work and connect disconnected processes. You will collaborate with these teams and GIT to implement those automations. Responsibilities include effective communication and documentation through JIRA tickets, chats, and verbal communications to maintain, test and onboard new systems. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing and commercial solution sales, with an emphasis on automation and innovation. They will have an analytic / strategic mind and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. **What You Will Do:** + Work with Hill’s Vet Corporate Accounts team, CXEC and Hill’s Digital Transformation team to automate manual order keying processes. + Participate in a team to implement software and processes to connect customer ordering systems/processes to Hill’s systems/processes. + As systems are changed/upgraded, collaborate with the digital systems team to schedule and manage testing to minimize the impacts to the business and customers. + Lead routine systems testing of the enhancements in coordination with operations and GIT, especially to ensure operations will not be impacted as Corporate changes are implemented. Partner internally to transfer systems knowledge and changes to enable production of training materials. + Occasionally attend customer meetings with Vet Corporate Accounts team(s) to participate in discussions on how to automate and streamline connections, including but not limited to ordering. + Collaborate with Hill’s Digital Product teams, GIT, and Vet Corporate Accounts team to create solutions for better integration of vet corporate VHCT members with Hill’s products like Staff Feeding. + Lead internal projects that will bring improved efficiencies and effectiveness, which could include improved automation of existing systems, creating templates and improving data capture for reporting. + Review market analyses to understand current trends and consumer demands. Help determine customer needs and volume potential, and implement plans to expand business. + Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of the proposed client base expansion. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field + 5+ years of experience in business systems technical support **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with SQL, SAP + Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements + Ability to understand technical terminology and processes to translate to the business + Experience in coordinating and administering system implementation and upgrade projects + Knowledge of enterprise customer service suite + Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology + Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities + Demonstrated experience in testing and/ or administration of customer service application technologies + Google/Microsoft Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $82.000,00 - $114.000,00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
