ISS STOXX is seeking a Digital Content and Marketing Associate to join our marketing team responsible for index solutions across EMEA.
In this role, you will execute content and marketing campaigns, managing email communications, and leveraging HubSpot and related tech stacks for our Index business. This role blends creativity with analytical skills to develop and optimize marketing assets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HubSpot, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance marketing efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent and Website Management: create and manage content assets, implement SEO strategies, publish and maintain website content
Marketing Campaigns and Email Management: Execute marketing campaigns and A/B tests, manage contact lists, develop automated workflows
Reporting and Analysis: generate performance reports, ensure data accuracy across platforms
Technical Coordination: manage user access, support website projects
Tech Stack Integration: utilize and integrate tools, oversee the reporting pipeline
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience with HubSpot, content management, and marketing tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, and WordPress.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.
Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French) is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, and WordPress.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and finance-related content (index-industry preferably).
