The Digital Content and PR Specialist is responsible for the management and execution of our internal and client social media strategies, public relations campaigns, content creation, ad placements, distribution, engagement, and analytics reporting. Exceptional writing skills are essential for this role, as the specialist will be crafting compelling content and communications across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media and public relations strategies for our agency and clients, aligning with business goals.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news), including high-quality white papers and content for both static and video formats.
• Design and implement social media and PR campaigns, ad placements, and distribution strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Suggest content optimization, and analyze social media and PR data to generate monthly reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the other team members to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Handle public relations communications, press releases, and media inquiries to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, providing actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
• Execute various related operational tasks assigned.
