Digital Content Designer

**We are looking for a skilled and curious Digital Content Designer with a keen interest in design and storytelling, who wants to work in-house, in a vibrant and productive team.**
In the role of Digital Content Designer in the Creative In-house Agency in the Marketing & Commercialization function in the Hearing Division in GN, you'll be responsible for creating commercial and purpose-driven digital marketing assets for our digital channels. Working with anything 'moving', you'll be tasked with taking outlined ideas and concepts and turning them into something cool and engaging. This content you develop will be for hearing aid product launches and evergreen communication for our hearing aid brands ReSound, Beltone, Interton, and Danavox, to be used across 100 markets worldwide.
**The team you will be part of:**
We are the creative core of the organization, overseeing the look, feel , and sound across the Hearing brands and channels. Our purpose is to set our brands apart while resonating with the emotions and needs of our audience. You will join a diverse team where collaboration, effort, and fun shine through. In the team, you will find designers, copywriters, and creative project managers who are passionate about their craft and maintaining a positive team spirit.
**Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:**
+ Create digital content and storytelling based on already produced campaign footage from photoshoots, 3D product visuals, and messaging.
+ Create digital content to support the different phases of a product launch; from teasing the product to launching and building momentum for the months after launch.
+ Collaborate with the UI/UX team and create impactful website visuals, static and motion, to bring the storytelling to life and increase engagement.
+ Create cut-down versions of existing videos produced elsewhere in the marketing organization.
+ Learn about content performance together with digital activation colleagues and test different versions of content to optimize and shape the creative output.
+ Create and adapt content for the best audience and channel fit on digital platforms, owned and earned, and for digital campaigns including email marketing.
+ Enable translation by local markets of global content created, by utilizing the tool veed.io. Set up files for localization and support local marketing colleagues with file and technical support.
+ Cut and edit internally filmed videos of leaders, experts, and colleagues for internal and external activation purposes.
+ Based on a brief, be responsible for filming basic original content for step-by-step instructions related to products, in the headquarters of the TV studio in Ballerup. This includes filming, editing, and putting together instructional videos based on scripts from Product Management.
**To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:**
+ Proficient capabilities and understanding of motion editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
+ The skills to bring stories to life in a rational and emotional way.
+ Solid capabilities in typography, creating clear text hierarchy in designs.
+ Solid capabilities in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
+ An understanding of working in a global organization with multiple stakeholders, markets, and projects is necessary.
+ Skills as a creative thinker, capable of implementing concepts effectively.
+ Motion design skills, capable of transforming static concepts and materials into engaging animated content.
+ An interest in and curiosity about data, analytics, and digital performance.
+ A collaborative spirit, aware that synergy leads to more impactful creations.
+ A self-driven attitude, yet still very team-oriented.
+ Able to balance multiple tasks and projects.
+ Advanced English communication skills, both written and oral.
