Responsibilities include editing and updating content and images within CMS platforms, maintaining brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless content integration. Responsibilities + Editing and update digital content and images within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. + Collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless content integration. + Maintaining and enforce brand guidelines across all digital content. + Conducting quality checks to ensure content meets industry and company standards. + Optimising content for SEO, accessibility, and user experience + Monitoring content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvements. + Staying current with industry trends and best practices in digital content management + Assisting with content migration and updates during website redesigns or platform changes + Ensuring thorough documentation for content management processes and guidelines Requirements + 3+ years of experience in digital content editing and management. + Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + Display solid proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager) + Have basic understanding of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting. + Experience with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic image modifications. + Have familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. + Have understanding of web accessibility standards and ensuring content compliance. + Have knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on content performance. + Demonstrate Proficient use of version control tools (e.g., Git) for content updates and collaboration. + Have ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain content consistency.
