Responsibilities:

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media use and other platforms in line with Four Seasons brand guidelinesCome up with content ideas to highlight various services and productsPrepare the content calendar for the main hotel and the two restaurant channelsMonitor all engagement activity across all social media accountsThorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shapeAwareness of the latest tools, platforms and best practices

MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Assist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive in organizing media experiences such as hotel stays, dining and spa experiencesAssist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing and PR activity and resultsPrepare bi-weekly summary of press coverage for internal distributionCoordinate professional video and photography shoots as neededUpdate content on the property website, mobile app, press room and image library, partner websitesUse industry platforms to measure and report on social media and digital statisticsAssist Digital Public Relations and Marketing Executive to ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons standards and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentationBe a brand ambassador of Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Background or degree in film studies, photography or related field preferably2 years of experience as a photographer and videographerAt least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within a 5* luxury hotel or within a fine-dining restaurantKnowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere ProProficiency required in camera operation, sound equipment and the overall production and postproduction process (editing, animations, effects)Well versed with special effects, animations and all tools requiredEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesA strong eye for visual compositionAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all timesExcellent verbal and written English skills
