Specific Roles/Responsibilities:Social Media Management – Implement social media strategies in partnership with the PR & Communications Manager to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish content across all owned Greene Tweed social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments to optimize performance. Monitor social media channels for engagement and trend opportunitiesContent Creation and Copywriting – Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy for the Greene Tweed website, blog, social media, and other digital channels that aligns to brand guidelines and voice. Collaborate with the design team to create appealing visuals to accompany copy.Communications – Support internal communications requests including, but not limited to, employee emails, storytelling, and content that drive employee engagement and understanding in alignment with company goals and values. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.Analytics and Reporting – Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital content and social media campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve content and engagement. Prepare regular reports for management on content performance and social media metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams, among others, to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and goals. Supports and coordinates across other teams in the creation and deployment of internal and external communications.Required Minimum Qualifications:Education: BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field
Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in digital content creation, social media management, copywriting, or a related fieldStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProficient in social media platforms and management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Social Champ, Sprout Social)Familiar with SEO best practices and content management systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team environmentStrong project management skills to execute deliverables in a timely mannerMinimal national and international travel – up to 10%Essential Job Functions:Physical Requirements:
