Digital Content Specialist Intern

The ISS Digital Content Team is responsible for developing creative collateral for technical training that includes e-learnings and instructor-led trainings throughout Atlantic Health System. The team develops visual content such as animation, graphics, and videos among other media for use in technical training content created using LMS Software.
The Digital Content Specialist Intern role supports the team in developing creative content and supporting technical trainings as assigned. This role would be well-suited to a creative student who is interested in leveraging interests in technology, graphic design, and designing effective learning environments to create bespoke digital learning content in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
+ Develop and create training assets (graphics, animations, videos etc.) using Canva and Adobe Products
+ Shadow instructor-led and e-learning assignments and trainings to understand how digital training tools are used to enhance technical learning in a healthcare environment
+ Assist in creation and validation of training tools which support the education of system users
+ Participate in Adobe Product tutorials and overviews
Qualifications
+ Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
+ Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
+ Must be committed to work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
+ Students interested in/enrolled in coursework related to Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, and Instructional Design encouraged to apply
+ Ability to skillfully present & organize information
+ Possess a creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating engaging learning content
+ Exhibit impeccable time management skills and professionalism
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Prior experience designing visual content in Canva and Adobe preferred, but not required
