As a Digital Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Team in building brand awareness and incremental growth for COS online and in store in Japan
You are responsible for all the communication copy across all customer touch points. Overseeing and implementing content localization, include product, Email, Line and whole site. Your understanding and insights on JP fashion industry will be involved in the entire process customer journey from stie to post purchase experience.
You will report to Digital Marketing Manager JP and belong to E-commer team JP
What you will do:
Collaborate within the Japan Digital Marketing team to ensure the content delivered in time across all customer touchpoints.Responsible for translation/copy writing for the COS brand across all customer touchpoints: newsletters, social media (Instagram & LINE), website, product descriptions, SEO, printed collateral, digital advertising, stores, windows and event collateral.Translation/copy writing creative copy for brand projects and initiatives, inspiring editorial copy and develops ideas that resonate to our target market.Communicates brand stories effectively to the customer.Co-work with Digital experience team, on product translation and localization.Support on the customer service communication design and Omni communication.Assist Global translation team on global projects. Follow Global content and direction and review copies, and revision based on internal feedback.Assist SEO/DX/Customer service to increase engagement and reach on certain site pages, paid media and all customer touchpoints.QualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. What you need to succeed
