Digital Corporate Account Executive

The Digital Corporate Account Executive will be part of the next generation of sales leaders at Ecolab, leveraging digital transformation to drive value, cost savings and positive environmental benefits for our customers. Using best-in-class sales processes, techniques and technologies, this executive will shape customer relationships for a strategic set of key corporate accounts and serve as a central point of contact. We are looking for value storytellers who can cultivate C-Suite relationships and help our customers achieve their business goals by embedding digital solutions into the core of customers operations.  

What You Will Do: 

Manage a portfolio of established corporate accounts by building relationships, reviewing opportunities, and serving as main contact for overall digital account management

Lead, drive and manage accounts to achieve digital revenue and consumption targets.

Analyze challenges customers are facing and develop a path for digital optimization using integrated value-add products and programs.

Provide insights to influence key decision makers and help them understand positive business outcomes using technology.

Structure transactions including alliances, mergers, and licensing, to ensure financial health and value creation. Negotiate agreements to meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability and cash flow.

Be the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback to the internal Ecolab team for roadmap development and innovation pipeline

Stay updated on technology and industry market trends incorporating and communicating competitive insights to inform strategic decisions to shape Ecolab digital growth.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree

8 years of successful sales and/or corporate account sales experience, preferably selling digital solutions

Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concern.  Ability to structure and close profitable deals.

Position requires a current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications: 

Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD)

Management consulting background

Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level sales experience

Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and cloud technologies impact on industry processes and corporate accounts.  Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools. 

Familiarity with public cloud solutions Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and complementary services 

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes  

Proven experience deploying distributed Cloud & Edge solutions within the Operations landscape  

Knowledge of multi-modal language models like GPT-4V and specialized language models   

Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech start-ups
