ADI Global Distribution is looking for an experienced Digital Creative Design Specialist II as an essential member of the Creative Services team. The position is responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets like tradeshow design, product graphics and packaging, emails, social media graphics, banners, digital/print catalogs, and other marketing-oriented customer touchpoints, all within a growing ecommerce-driven environment.

JOB DUTIES:
Design and execute compelling creative assets for a variety of mediums, including marketing and ecommerce websites, product graphics and packaging, logos and branding, social media, static and rich banner ads, digital signage, and email campaigns Design and produce trade show materials including signage, banners, and attendee giveaways Ability to juggle multiple in-house brands Manage and produce digital design assets including sizing and versioning Abillity to manage time effectively, ensuring timely and accurate production and sharing of content Perform image editing such as creating realistic shadows, cropping, resizing, and optimizing for web Follow and evolve brand guidelines and templates where applicable Update content on the company's websites and assist Front-End DevelopersYOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum 3+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Graphic Design team Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication. Portfolio of your design work which should demonstrate fully executed design work and the thought process behind it Proficient at using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools such as Workfront Knowledge of digital and print design/production principlesWE VALUE:
Experience designing digital marketing promotions or advertising Experience designing emails in a marketing automation (ERP) system like Marketo or Braze Working knowledge of Workfront and Brandfolder a plus An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text Team player that collaborates well with other designers Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work well under pressure Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanor Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through — Taking ownership of your projects Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UI/UX principals, and 3D rendering are a plusWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
