As a Digital & CRM Marketing Intern, you're a member of the Digital & CRM Team that is part of the CMO (Customer Management Office) department of Stellantis Netherlands. Your mission will be to help to create the best digital customer experience. Working for various Stellantis brands, your main task will be to help coordinating the marketing activities related to the email channel. You will be in touch with both local and central stakeholders, ensuring that everybody is on the same page whilst optimizing the digital performance of the channel as a whole. You will work in line with the team strategy on CRM and Digital, focusing on the team's main KPI's. Your ambition is to help Stellantis and its brands to grow towards the next level of digitisation. You understand that a fact based, customer centric approach is key for that. MISSION • Responsible for the execution of the email-based contact strategies of the various brands. These strategies apply to both prospects and customers: - Coordination and planning of central ad hoc email campaigns and journeys. - Initiation and coordination of local email campaigns that support the business goals. - Alignment on these efforts with internal stakeholders at both local and central level. • Reporting on the performance of all campaigns. Based on the engagement and conversion KPI's, you will: - Advise on improvements in the existing campaign execution. - Propose actions to enhance engagement and conversion, e.g. A/B tests. - Share best practises with other stakeholders. • Knowledge acquisition is vital. You understand that our business is changing continuously. Hence, you will make sure to be aware of the latest developments in email marketing, CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and digital marketing in general.PROFILE - You are currently in a bachelor's Degree or an HBO, preferably in Communication, Marketing and/or Commercial Economics. - It is a bonus if you have knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Trello, Jira, Excel, or any AI tool. - You are pro-active, sociable, with a good team spirit. - You have experience with customers. - Your knowledge of the Dutch language exceeds expectations. Misspelled words never remain unnoticed if you are checking a text, you are fluent in English. - Being passionate about cars and our brands is a big plus! WHAT WE OFFER - 6 months internship - Intern allowance of € 500 gross a month. - Working from home 3 days a week and home working allowance. - Travel reimbursement if no OV student card.
