Summary:  As the Lead for Digital Customer Growth, you'll be responsible for optimizing Business wireless yield, buy flow progression, and conversion rates. This includes enhancing the customer journey through A/B testing and strategic enhancements. You will lead projects aimed at improving the design, functionality, and user experience of the online store. Key responsibilities include optimizing the website, tracking sales performance to pinpoint areas for improvement, overseeing order processing and fulfillment, and addressing customer feedback to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align and lead product specific digital strategies with eCommerce solutions.Lead online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer and promotion development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives customer satisfaction, incremental growth, and revenue. Partner with digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, including affiliate sales and digital acquisition partnerships.Demand and Traffic Strategy:Partner with digital demand and traffic strategy teams, to understand and adjust to segment behavior, prioritizing converged customer growth.Customer Journey and Experience Management:Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times.Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities.Technology and Innovation:Bring a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning.Identify key problems, defects,  or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward.Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences.Data Analytics and Optimization:Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics.Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies.Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys and drive digital sales growth.Job Contribution:An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.Mentors less experienced staff and implements long-term plans impacting the organization.Frequently collaborates with senior leadership.Work Schedule:  This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered.Work Location:  Dallas, Texas or Bothell, WashingtonEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.5+ years of related eCommerce and/or product experience.Salary and Benefits:Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earns between $143,800 - $215,100 USD.
