Your job? As a Data Analyst, you will have a direct impact on the business by deriving insights from Data and ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi’s data.

Sanofi currently has great opportunities to join our R&D Accelerator. You will have a chance to help build our Digital R&D products by developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in halving the time it takes to bring new therapies to patients such as improving trial efficiency and cycle time reduction leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This is a great role for someone who is analytical, creative, curious, with strong attention to detail. Main responsibilities:

Perform data analysis and provide input to solution design and architecture to ensure the solution meets requirements.Performs exploratory data analysis and feature generationDrive alignment across stakeholders on enterprise data models and definitionsPartner with stakeholders to get buy-in on, develop, and implement Sanofi’s data management standards, policies, and best practicesGather requirements needed to sustainably implement data management standards

About you

Experience:

Demonstrate strong understanding of databases and data structures, andPrevious experience working with tools used to support data management, specifically business glossary and metadata management, data cataloging, and data qualityExperience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or proceduresHave worked in an environment with stringent privacy laws and regulationsExperience in a healthcare company while not essential would be a strong plus

Soft skills:

Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and resultsSelf-motivated, takes initiativeProblem solving & critical thinking

Technical Skills

Strong experience in SQL writing and profiling of Data & PythonGood knowledge of cloud computing and data storages. Knowing AWS is a plusOne or multiple of the following visualization skills: Tableau, PowerBI, seaborn, matplolib, plotly, ggplot, bokehProject management & support: JIRA projects & service desk, Confluence, TeamsKnowledge of Informatica Suite of Tools

Education:

Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Languages: English
