Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of food by leading the UFS Digital & Data transformation agenda to accelerate growth in ANZ.

The role is a critical business enabler and advisor to the Country Leadership team and will work closely with Country Leads to define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Digital & Data in UFS ANZ, through driving best practice thinking and implementing new ways of working across current and future proposed digital ecosystem that is integrated into the overall Unilever technological stack.

This will empower Marketing and CD teams to deliver digital first, data-led activities focused on acquiring and nurturing target operators, improving their digital experiences with our brands and moving them through to first and repeat purchases via seamless customer journeys that are integrated with key account teams and strategic trade partnerships.

Role Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Implementation

Define and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for ANZ Digital & Data, including Integrated Business Planning in collaboration with Country Leads, Global and PU Digital & Data team.

Work with Marketing and CD key stakeholders to design and execute optimal, customer-centric digital strategy for ufs.com, owned social, data, media and eCommerce.

Lead and implement Data Strategy and Data-led marketing campaigns including data collection and partnerships leverage to drive decisions and measure performance.

Land roadmap for current and future digital ecosystem integrated to Unilever technological stack, including the design and rollout of a fit-for-purpose CRM program.

Own eCommerce strategy and capability by collaborating with CD and Customer Marketing on market-leading initiatives in the industry.

Lead digital media and data partnerships with customers to drive increased capability and data sharing agreements.

Lead performance media including organic, paid social, search and where to buy functionality by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver integrated journeys.

Champion and share executional excellence including adoption and implementation of global capabilities and best practices in digital, data, web.

Engage with Global & PU Digital & Data, and ANZ DMC team to champion and drive synergies, adopting best practices and collaborating on joint platforms.

Operational Execution & Excellence

Design omnichannel journeys and campaigns with Customer Marketing to drive the full life cycle, including lead management.

Plan, execute, track and optimise operator buying experiences by identifying most effective on/offline touchpoints to maximise conversion from reach and engagement to sales.

Custodian of ufs.com, ufs newsletters and owned social media and work with Customer Marketing to deliver always-on, impactful content in line with Marketing calendar and campaign objectives.

Support Customer Marketing to create compelling ‘always on’ digital shelf content, spanning both upper and lower funnel assets, triggering operators to buy our products.

Work with Customer Marketing to create and implement trade active reselling programs based on trade needs and available touchpoints (DSRs/Telesales/C&C stores).

Plan content storage tech architecture with tech, define eCommerce content needs and implement content flow to 3rd party web shops.

Drive Perfect Store Online with Top 10 SKU focus to win on search and support team on 7OA and PSOL tracking and improvement.

Work with CD account managers to optimise and manage Pure Players’ media calendar and investment to drive growth.

Able to work in and lead cross-functional teams at pace.

A talent catalyst passionate about leading change.

Skills & Experience:

7+ years’ experience in Digital Media, Social, Performance, Web, Data, Technology and/or eCommerce, gained in a Go-to-Market role, or a large digital/media agency, advertiser, or global digital platform.

Experienced in digital campaign development and deployment working as or with leadership team stakeholders/agencies.

Demonstrated experience of building strong relationships with customers. Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate customer needs into solutions.

Experienced project manager in project planning, network and business case management and resource allocation.

Facilitation and capability building skills with strong communication and organisational change-agent mind-set.

Demonstrated ability to lead change through others and/or contribute to a significant change programme. • B2B/Foodservice experience is desired, but not a pre-requisite. Prior experience in a Trade or Customer facing role is an advantage.
