Purpose of Role:

To implement global customers, ensure updates are made correctly and act as an SME with the Customer and Implementation Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Works in Global Project and support Existing global Clients for updates related to Reporting structure, designing and proposing ad-hoc solutions. Implement global clients on the tool architecture (glory, portrait, OBT, analytics)Work closely with CE and clients on any changes to the current configuration.May provides technical guidance to other DDO teams.

Bachelors DegreeAdvance data analysis and reporting experienceComfortable being client facing and presenting – to both clients and internal stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to manage conflicting priorities.Experience in travel Industry essentialOffice package management, advance excel user.Languages - Fluent in English both written and spoken
