Digital Demand Associate for EMEA (Limited Position)

What you'll do

 

In this role, you will:
•    Validate and improve the data quality throughout the demand generation process: account validation and cleansing of firmographic data, 

•    Create target account lists with intelligent segmentation tools,
•    Profile account contacts to prepare demand generation campaigns.
Furthermore, you will be part of the EMEA DDA community and have the chance to interact with DDAs from other Market Units.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, result-oriented, and curious by nature.  A “glass-half-full” person who strives both as a team player and in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

•    Bachelor or Master's degree with an interest in sales or business development in the Software Industry
•    Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and oral
•    Can work daily in the Digital Hub office in Cairo 

•    Great analytical skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities 

•    Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel
•    Strong team player as well as the ability to work independently, learn and adapt quickly, take ownership
•    Attention to detail as well as striving to deliver high-quality work and results within tight deadlines

The EMEA Digital Hub is at the core of the SAP Digital Strategy, which aims to scale its market coverage efficiently and with velocity while offering memorable digital customer experiences. Our Digital Hub operations cover the entire customer lifecycle digitally from Cairo, Dublin, and Barcelona leveraging the world’s best digital modalities, and housing and graduating the next generation of digital-native, high performing talent.

The Digital Hub Location in Cairo is growing fast and is at the forefront of digitally service the Middle East and African customers and partners. Within the hub, the Demand Intelligence Team is a critical component of the Demand Generation engine, providing insight and support to the teams in charge of demand generation execution. 

Summary and role information

As a Digital Demand Associate (DDA) and member of the Demand Intelligence Team (DIT) in the Digital Hub in Cairo, you will play a critical role in uncovering the addressable market for SAP, strengthen the data foundation in support of the demand generation engine and support the readiness of digital demand generation campaigns. You will work hand in hand with the Demand Managers, Sales and Sales Development Managers in the planning, preparation, and follow-up of demand generation campaigns.
